About PennCo Construction
We’ve been serving the So Calif area for over 34 years and some personnel involved in the trade longer than that. That’s why we are very well versed and experienced, from new construction and remodels including tilt ups, mezzanines, shopping centers, assisted living, strip malls, churches, regional parks, schools, country clubs, industrial complexes, pharmaceutical manufacturers, repairs, etc.
We have a full in-house staff from project managers, estimators, general and field superintendents, foremen’s, journeymen, etc. to handle every job regardless of size. This includes from smaller roof upgrades to over million dollar projects with multiple crews simultaneously.
